A debate started during the course of our conversation on politicians there and here in India.<br />It graduated to which political party was better suited to govern our country. An argument ensued where all and sundry joined in with their own takes.<br />On hindsight each political party has its own strengths and inadequacies. If someone is fundamentalist, another is corrupt and yet another would like to shut your shop down. Like choosing between the devil and the deep blue sea. I did contemplate the thought of martial law being imposed to bring out some semblence of discipline in the way we run our lives. No more swalpa adjust maadi. The thought is rosy and scary. Who wants to go the way of Pakistan???
